An alien girl struggles to fit in on earth.
Synopsis
This is the story of a Scientist and an Alien as a metaphor for being on the autism spectrum, exploring what it means to quite literally feel like an alien. Even after numerous attempts to impress Matthew’s parents over dinner, Neri still appears off-putting to them with her strange outfit and food pickiness. She runs off to her safe space, the skatepark, and Matthew realises how important it is to stand up to them.
